EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT:

CPUKiller is Shareware which means that you can use it legally for 30 days free of
charge to valuate it. If during, or at the end of, hat period you decide that you would
like to continue using it, please register your copy.

Use of the unregistered version after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of
U.S. and international copyright laws.

CPUKiller is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.

In no event shall Roberto Rossi liable for any damages whatsoever including direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even
if Roberto Rossi as been advised of the possibility of such damages.
